Whew that was a crap week I guess that makes me stronger. Enough.
I trried the yogurt in the dehydrator. The temp was very consistant so the yougurt was exceptional. The down side to that method is I can only make a half gallon batch at a time. so the final yeild is a quart. Enough for one day around here.
I got a great quality WHEY out of it though clear and tart. I need some ideas for the whey if anyone has some. I was thinking of whipping up some dog treats with it but that seems like such a waste. hmm what to do what to do
