Now the work begins. I have ordered seeds and laid out the garden on paper. I think what I do now is make lists of tools. Then I will make lists of what’s dried what’s picked what’s smoked and what’s frozen and then go to work. Lisa will be giving me her Vacuum sealer on Sunday So on Saturday i will start looking for sales and planning. When I come across one Ill prep it. I have 40 pounds of sausage now from the last pork sale that will be a treat for some time to come. Read Learn Prepare.
